Pastor David Whitney
Keynote Presentation:
How your Constitution Power to the People: Use Your Constitution to Protect Your Liberty!
For over 25 years, Pastor Whitney has been traveling around the country teaching the Constitution and helping people use the information they learn. He has been invited to speak at Turning Point USA events and other keynote speaking events. This is in addition to being a full time, Pastor. Our Constitution was brilliantly written for all to understand it and know how to use it. Civics has not been taught for many decades and therefore many don’t know what’s in this document much less how to use it. Pastor Whitney’s students have used their information about the Constitution to help them win their election and ask legislators for an account of their words and/or actions when needed.
Outcome Goals:
Discover the superiority of representative government vs. any other forms of government such as socialism, Social Justice, Marxism, etc.
Learn and then practice how to put this information into use.
Gain confidence in talking about the Constitution among your circle of influence and encourage others to participate.
What People are Saying:
Since 2020, Camp Constitution has been blessed to have Pastor David Whitney as an instructor at our annual family camp. He is expert on a wide variety of topics including The U.S. and State Constitutions, and our nation’s Godly heritage. We highly recommend this national treasure.

David Whitney is an exemplary instructor in a variety of civic topics and our experience of him as a teacher spans more than 15 years. We have attended David’s classes on a variety of constitutional topics and appreciate his teaching from source documents directly, rather than author or textbook interpretations of those documents. He always provides an opportunity for robust interaction with attendees and students, providing each question with serious, informed and meaningful answers. He makes the subject matter interesting, understandable and relevant for today.
Because of his skill and breadth of knowledge, we asked him to provide weekend classes to groups in our area on at least 3 separate occasions and to give lectures at several more... David provided the first ever class to all Carroll County government employees on the constitutional role of
government. David Whitney is an upstanding family man, consummate professional and excellent teacher. We highly recommend him to you.

Founder & Board Chair of Sweatshirt of Hope
For over 50 years, Terry has been an entrepreneur, starting several businesses, but God’s plan was different than he ever imagined. God took Terry on a journey into uncharted waters when his daughter started experiencing severe migraines 37 years ago. Terry and his wife of 56 years visited doctors and emergency rooms regularly, doctors giving his daughter oxycodone like M&M’s. Back in the 90s, doctors did not want anyone to struggle with pain, so the pattern of providing more pills continued week after week. By the age of 22, his daughter was addicted to legal drugs. When doctors and hospitals started tracking pill shopping, they cut his daughter off cold turkey, and his 29-year-old daughter was introduced to heroin.

Outcomes:
On Thanksgiving morning 2013, God gave Terry a clear vision while lying in bed. He visualized his daughter sitting on their front porch step, hood up and zoned out on drugs. That was the beginning of Sweatshirt of Hope. On a beautiful day in 2018, God gave Terry another vision to launch a free community event filled with music, food, and resources for those dealing with life’s struggles. The goal was to bring law enforcement, non-profit organizations, churches, and the business community together to create a healthier, transparent community.
